Give your agents their own Apple account so they share reminders, notes and calendar
A Mac signed in to a separate Apple Account can become the shared desk where your agents leave each other reminders, notes, calendar events and messages, while your personal account stays private.
What the bot does
- You sign a separate Apple Account into the Mac your agents use.
- The agent installs small command-line tools for Reminders, Notes, Calendar and Messages.
- You approve each permission in System Settings yourself (the bot can't click Allow).
- After that, agents read and write reminders, notes and events in that account, and changes sync through iCloud.
What you end up with
A shared to-do list, notebook and calendar your agents all use, kept apart from your own account.
Copy-paste prompt
Fill in the [brackets]. Then paste it into any tool below.
I've signed a separate Apple Account into this Mac for my agents. Check what's installed, then set up command-line access to Reminders, Notes and Calendar for that account only. Tell me exactly which permission prompts to approve in System Settings. Never touch my personal account, mail or contacts.

Watch out
- Keep your personal mail, notes and contacts on your main account. The author has agents write only into the dedicated account.
- Granting Terminal access to Mail, Messages or Full Disk Access is powerful. Only grant what the agents need.
