Hand your podcast or video edit to a team of AI agents

Record your episode, then let a small team of agents do everything after: one plans the edit, one cuts short clips, one writes the captions and schedules the posts. Nothing goes live until you say yes.

What the bot does

  1. Before you record, a Producer agent suggests questions, talking points and a studio layout.
  2. When you stop recording, an Editor agent proposes an editing plan: where to tighten, what the hook is, captions and branding. You tell it what stays.
  3. A Clipper agent picks the moments worth sharing and turns each one into a short vertical clip.
  4. A Marketer agent writes post copy, show notes and thumbnails, and queues each clip for the right channel.
  5. You get a phone notification, review everything, and approve or change it. The agents learn from what you keep.

What you end up with

A finished episode, a batch of ready-to-post clips and scheduled posts, without spending your evening in an editor.

Editor: here's today's recording with [guest name]. Make a full episode around [length] minutes. Cut long pauses and filler words, keep [the story about X], and start with the strongest moment as a hook. Use my saved branding. Clipper: find [3] clips under [60] seconds that make sense on their own. Marketer: draft captions for [YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn] in my usual tone and suggest posting times. Don't publish or spend AI credits without asking me first.

Setup

  1. Record (or upload) an episode in Riverside. The agents are included on all Riverside plans, on the web and the iPhone app.
  2. Set up your branding first (logo, background, caption style) so edits and clips come out on-brand.
  3. Open the Editor agent from your recording and ask for an editing plan. Read the plan before saying yes.
  4. Ask the Clipper for a few clips, keep the ones you like and reject the rest so it learns your taste.
  5. Connect your social channels or podcast host, and let the Marketer only draft or schedule, never post on its own, until you trust it.

Watch out

  • Some tasks use AI credits. Riverside's help page says the agent shows the cost and asks before spending them, so read those prompts.
  • AI picks the clips, but you know your audience. Check every clip and caption before it posts.
  • Get your guest's OK before clips of them go out on social media.
  • Tone and workflow settings apply to all agents at once; you can't give each agent its own style.

What this costs to run

In a chat app it runs inside your plan. If you run it as a bot on an AI API, the bill depends on how often it runs and how much it reads.
