Run several brands or jobs with one bot each

If you juggle several brands or clients, give each its own bot with its own tools, plus a coordinator that collects a daily note.

What the bot does

  1. Each bot connects only to one brand's email, files and chat.
  2. Each writes one short daily note, even if it's just “no updates”.
  3. A coordinator bot reads the notes and passes tasks to the right helper.
  4. Heavier jobs go to specialist tools, which report back.

What you end up with

One daily note per brand, and tasks that never land in the wrong account.

Copy-paste prompt

Copy this prompt
You are the bot for [Brand]. You only use [Brand]'s email, drive and chat. Every weekday at 5pm, write a note in [folder]: new requests, decisions needed, deadlines this week. Write 'no updates' if nothing changed. Never act on another brand's accounts.
