Get meeting notes and action items written for you
Turn on an AI note taker in your video call, or run an open-source one on your laptop. After the call you get a summary, decisions and a list of who does what.

What the bot does
- Listens to the call (with everyone's knowledge).
- Writes a summary of what was discussed and decided.
- Pulls out action items with who owns each one.
- Saves the notes where you'll find them, like Google Docs or a calendar event.
What you end up with
Clean notes and a to-do list from every meeting, without typing during the call.
Copy-paste prompt
Fill in the [brackets]. Then paste it into any tool below.
Here is a meeting transcript: [paste]. Write: 1) a 5-line summary, 2) decisions made, 3) action items as a table with owner and due date (write “not said” if none), 4) open questions. Quote the line from the transcript for each action item. Don't invent owners or dates.

Watch out
- Tell people the call is being recorded or transcribed, and follow your workplace's rules. Some places require everyone's consent.
- Google's help page says “Take notes for me” works in a limited set of languages, one language per meeting.
- AI notes can misattribute who said what. Check names on action items before sending.
What this costs to run
In a chat app it runs inside your plan. If you run it as a bot on an AI API, the bill depends on how often it runs and how much it reads.
