Get a text from your bot before something needs doing
Instead of waiting for you to ask, the assistant watches your calendar and email and texts you first: your flight is late, want a car? Saturday is free, want a plan with the kids? Reply yes and it does it.

What the bot does
- It reads the calendar and email you connect, so it knows your trips, plans, deliveries and who's involved.
- When something needs doing, it sends you one text in iMessage or WhatsApp at the right moment, with an offer.
- You reply with a word or two. It books, orders, moves or replies on the app or website for you.
- Anything that costs money shows the price first, and it only says something is booked once the company confirms it.
- Each morning it can send a short brief of what's coming up, and it stays quiet when nothing needs you.
What you end up with
Fewer surprises: a heads-up text with the fix already lined up, so a yes is all it takes.
Copy-paste prompt
Fill in the [brackets]. Then paste it into any tool below.
Every morning at [7:30], look at my calendar and email for today and tomorrow. Text me only if something needs a decision: a delay, a clash, a reply someone is waiting for, or a free block I said I wanted to fill with [family time]. Offer one fix with the price. Don't book, buy or reply until I say yes, and never text me between [9 pm] and [7 am].

Setup
- Sign up at heykiwi.co and pick iMessage or WhatsApp. It opens a chat with “Hi Kiwi” already written; press send.
- Answer its setup questions in the chat, then connect only your calendar and email to start.
- Ask it to watch one thing for you, like “tell me when Marta replies about the deposit”, to see how it works.
- When it offers to book something, check the price and details before you say yes.
- If a type of suggestion annoys you, tell it to stop suggesting that kind of thing.

Watch out
- It reads your calendar and email, so connect only the accounts you're comfortable sharing.
- Some websites ask you to prove you're human, and the maker says Kiwi can get stuck there. Have a plan B for anything time-critical.
- A yes can spend money. Read the price in the message every time.
- Product Hunt users asked for quiet hours, so set clear do-not-disturb times in your instructions.
What this costs to run
In a chat app it runs inside your plan. If you run it as a bot on an AI API, the bill depends on how often it runs and how much it reads.
